ShopRunner Benefit Terms and Conditions Profit Registration. To receive the free benefits of American Express ShopRunner membership (the “Benefit”), you must visit www.shoprunner.com/americanexpress and verify your eligibility for the Benefit with an eligible card account number, and then complete registration for a ShopRunner member account (“ShopRunner Account”). For more information about how ShopRunner membership works, see the ShopRunner Terms and Conditions under www.shoprunner.com/terms/sr/ govern the use of your ShopRunner membership benefit. You can also sign up for this benefit by accessing ShopRunner at participating online stores or by using an email address provided by American Express if you have been determined to have an eligible card. “Eligible Card” means a U.S. American Express Card. Credit or payment card for consumers or small businesses, which is not cancelled and is issued to you by a U.S. banking subsidiary of American Express. Prepaid cards and products, American Express corporate cards and American Express brand cards or account numbers issued by other financial institutions are not eligible. ShopRunner will use American Express to verify the eligibility of your credit account or credit card number for the benefit. Get the edge. To receive this benefit on your ShopRunner account, you must have an eligible card. The benefit can be cancelled on your ShopRunner account if you do not have an eligible card.

You can only keep one benefit per eligible card. When you sign up for the benefit, ShopRunner and American Express will verify your eligibility. Processing of existing ShopRunner subscriptions. If you sign up for the benefit and sign up with an existing ShopRunner account, ShopRunner terminates the term of your existing ShopRunner account. If you have paid a fee for an unused portion of the terminated membership period, ShopRunner will refund you on a pro rata basis for that portion in accordance with ShopRunner`s refund policy. The refund will be processed within 2-4 weeks of registration and issued according to the payment method you used to pay the fee. If any part of the cancelled membership period was promotional or free, the free period will be cancelled by ShopRunner and will be forfeited by you. If you currently have a free or promotional subscription on your ShopRunner account, you should consider signing up for the benefit at that time. Terms and conditions. An eligible card can be used to verify eligibility for a single performance registration. American Express may receive and use your personal information from ShopRunner, which may include personal information and credit card information, to determine eligibility and further develop features and services related to the Benefit. American Express may send you emails regarding your registration for this benefit.

Any information that American Express collects from you or ShopRunner is subject to the American Express Online Privacy Policy (www.americanexpress.com/privacy). American Express may change, modify, cancel, revoke or terminate this benefit at any time. You can review these Terms and Conditions at any time by visiting www.shoprunner.com/terms/amex/. Check the back of the credit card or on your last monthly statement to find the name of the issuer. The bank, retailer or other entity whose name appears on the front of the card may not be the actual issuer of the card. You can also check out the exhibitor`s website. As a rule, the name of the bank is indicated at the bottom of the issuer`s home page. As a Platinum® or Business Platinum Card®, you can sign up for Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG ®) Gold Preferred Guest status for free.

Once you apply to enroll in the Starwood Preferred Guest program at the Gold level, American Express will share your credentials with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (“Starwood”). Starwood may use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at spg.com/privacy. You will retain Gold Privileged Guest status without meeting the otherwise required criteria of the SPG program as long as you remain an eligible American Express card member or until American Express notifies you that the benefit will be terminated.
